If there is one thing that disappointed me revival Regency and military was that tails never returned with you - the Dictatum of the current men suit styles would never allow. As such a dress usually formal and semi-formal wear is banned, that makes me all the more jealous of the fact that this guy has managed to find a belted dress cum coat.
